Quality control process:
Make the group a leader in the industry. Over the years, the Group has formed ten core process systems for advanced, stable and efficient forging processing.
1.Design.
According to customer's requirements, we use an advanced production management system to design production process and procurement of raw material.
2.Material Retest.
After the raw materials are entered into the factory, we will mark the furnace number and material grade in time. Simultaneously, we will reinspect chemical composition and mechanical properties to ensure that physical indicators are qualified, and materials are used properly.
3.Cutting Control.
According to the diameter of the products, hacksaw machine or oxygen used for precision cutting and inspect material visual & weight measuring.
4.Temperature Control.
For different steel grades, accuracy control initial heating and terminal temperature.
5.Forging.
Through die forging, free forging or rolling, visual, dimension, weight check and marking for identification.
6.Rouging.
Rough turning is carried out so that the material can better undergo heat treatment.
7.Heat treatment.
Depending on the material properties and customer requirements, special heat treatment is carried out to achieve the highest quality standards and customer requirements.
8. Sampling inspection of forged parts.
There are four levels of forgings, namely Grade I forgings, Grade II forgings, Grade III forgings, and Grade IV forgings.
Grade I forgings are the most basic, using simple molds and processes, with simple shapes and low dimensional accuracy requirements. They are suitable for situations where safety performance is not high, such as non-critical components in ordinary mechanical equipment.
The manufacturing difficulty and shape complexity of Grade II forgings have increased, and more complex molds and processes are used, resulting in higher shape complexity and higher requirements for dimensional accuracy.
Grade III forgings have higher manufacturing requirements and are suitable for more complex shapes and higher performance requirements.
Grade IV forgings are the highest grade and are suitable for applications with high safety requirements, such as critical load-bearing components. When the customer's product is a Grade IV forging, we will sample the product piece by piece according to the standard requirements of NB/T47008-2017 "Carbon and Alloy Steel Forgings for Pressure Equipment". Mechanical performance testing is conducted on samples processed through bulk sampling.
The sampling location required by the standard: For cylindrical and annular forgings, the sample should be taken from the end of the forging, at 1/2 of the wall thickness. Sampling direction: For forgings, it is advisable to take tangential specimens. When tangential specimens cannot be taken, longitudinal or radial specimens should be taken. Sampling quantity: Take one set of samples (one room temperature tensile test and three impact test) from forgings with a heat-treated single piece mass of less than or equal to 3500kg. Two sets of specimens (one room temperature tensile test and three impact test) shall be taken from forgings with a single weight greater than 3500kg after heat treatment, with a distance of 180 ° between the two sets of specimens.
9.Finish Machining.
Through processes such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and planning, the product undergoes precise dimensional processing to meet all customer requirements.
10. Final inspection.
Analysis and testing of a series of professional and rigorous indicators such as product size, appearance, smoothness, sealing surface, material, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, and penetrant testing.
11.Surface treatment.
To do product marking. cleaning. drying. and then according to customer requirements for surface treatment such as smear nitrous acid, anti-rust oil, anti-rust paint galvanized or spray.
12.Packing and Shipping.
Products are Packed in plywood boxes, pallets, and special protective fasteners are made to meet the requirements for transportation.
